Beth is a vital part of the BOE Marine team, bringing her organizational expertise and customer-focused approach to the company's operations. As a co-founder, Beth has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s culture of excellence and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Beth’s passions extend beyond work; she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, kart racing, and sailing. Beth’s dedication to both her craft and her customers makes her an invaluable asset to BOE Marine’s continued success.

Emily serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BOE Marine, where she combines her passion for innovation with her dedication to operational excellence. With a strong background in sales and customer relations, Emily ensures that BOE Marine's day-to-day operations run smoothly while driving strategic growth initiatives. Known for her creativity and forward-thinking approach, she is instrumental in delivering exceptional service and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her kids, boating, fishing, and staying active!

Kathryn plays a key role in the Sales and Customer Service team at BOE Marine, where her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge make her a favorite among customers. Known for her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction, Kathryn ensures every interaction is smooth and successful. In her free time, she loves spending sunny days at the beach and spending time with family. Her passion for people and the marine world makes her an integral part of the BOE Marine team.

Rich Lauser is a seasoned marine service professional with over 25 years of experience in the marina and recreational boating industry. His last role was based in Georgetown, Maryland, where he served as the General Manager at Skipjack Cove Yachting Resort, overseeing operations and maintenance, ensuring top-tier service for boating enthusiasts. Throughout his extensive career, Rich has held various roles across marinas and boat dealerships, and he has also operated his own boat maintenance company. His hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge have made him a respected figure in the marine services community.

Born and raised in Florida, I have been part of the marine industry for over four years. Since joining BOE Marine in 2022, I have taken on multiple roles within the company. I specialize in providing exceptional customer service by maintaining consistent communication with each customer from start to finish. Along with keeping customers informed, I also support our technicians by coordinating each job efficiently and ensuring they have all the necessary equipment.

Neil Jurik serves as the Senior Marine Electronics Technician at BOE Marine, a premier provider of marine electronics and outfitting solutions based in Stevensville, Maryland. With over 20 years of hands-on expertise, Neil specializes in troubleshooting complex navigation systems and ensuring seamless integration of advanced marine electronics. His dedication to excellence and deep understanding of marine electronics make him an invaluable asset to the BOE Marine team.

I’m Tucker Jester, a marine technician at BOE Marine. I’ve always had a love for boats and being on the water, so turning that passion into a career just made sense. At BOE, I handle everything from installs to troubleshooting electronics and making sure our customers’ boats are running at their best.

I enjoy getting my hands dirty and figuring out the little details that make a system work perfectly. Every day brings something different, and that’s what keeps it exciting. Whether I’m rigging a new setup or chasing down a tricky issue, I take pride in doing the job right and making sure our customers leave happy.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably still find me out on the water or wrenching on something with an engine.
